Bespoke Parts

BTFabrications have over the years produced a lot of bespoke fabrications for off road vehicles. From small brackets and parts to full external roll cages, bumpers and winch bumpers, to complete vehicle build. Roll cages are primarily built to RAC/MSA specification, but not least to customer requirements. Bumpers / winch bumpers can be fabricated to suit all vehicles and winches, though by the nature of bespoke work, prices quoted are only a loose guide.

SJ, Bespoke front Bumper to accept a Warn 9.5I Winch. Awaiting Paint, grill and wiring.

Rear TJ Winch Bumper. Over 400 hrs went into this bumper to include redesign of rear body cross member, Custom aluminium fuel tank, hand made and linished bumper, and redesigned and finished rear door.
