BTFabrications Ltd has a fully equipped workshop to carry out most jobs on your car 4x4 or not. Our two vehicle lifts, two post and four post are rated at 3 tonne and 3.5 tonne respectively, so can cope easily with most none commercial vehicles. The workshop is augmented by our machine shop, so re-machining of machined parts can be carried out immediately on site, i.e. disc or drum skimming. Also parts not available off the shelf can be custom machined from steel stock to get that job finished.

Winch fitting and wiring to your requirements (Again winches supplied by us or not).
Auxiliary lighting fitted and wired to your requirements.

Plasma rope washing and splicing.
Steam cleaning, car washing and valet.
Welding (Chassis or bodywork)
Check and adjust Brakes, Wheel bearing and steering parts
Check and adjust if required all levels: -
(Brake fluid, screen wash, Power steering fluid, transmission oil’s.)
Replace oil, air, and fuel filter. Engine oil.
(Winter service has engine water flushed and replace with fresh antifreeze mix)
Generally check everything the MOT station will
test, and hopefully save a wasted journey to the MOT Station. MOT’s
can also be arranged; we will transport your car to and from the
test station. Drop it with us in the morning; collect it at night,
done!
Fitment of
parts (Supplied by us or not).
From suspension parts through wheels and tyres to wiper blades. If you have parts to be fitted to your car, we will fit them for you, weather you buy them from us or from else where. Standard replacement parts, or modified.
Winch fitting and wiring to your requirements (Again winches supplied by us or not). BTF are official agents for Warn Winches
BTF can fabricate a winch bumper for any vehicle, to take any winch. But even if you have your own winch and bumper, and just want us to fit it, we can do that too. We are able to wire the main power cables to extract the maximum power form your winch, also install internal and external (Weather proof) hard-wired switches, instead of, or in addition to the wander lead.
Auxiliary lighting fitted and wired to your requirements.
BTF are official agents for PIAA light
We can fabricate brackets to fit your lights
where you want them; we can lay in and disguise the wiring right
through to the switches to your order.
Winch Challenge Truck pre-event prep schedule.
This 70 point check and adjust service also involves the vehicle being steam cleaned top and bottom to start with, The plasma rope being removed, washed, checked and re-installed, then the whole vehicle being shampoo washed and valeted before collection.
Plasma rope washing and splicing.
BTF have a dedicated washing machine, for the washing of plasma ropes and strop’s.
After washing and drying, plasma ropes can be re-spliced to make repairs, or fit new hooks etc
Steam cleaning, car washing and valet.
BTF can just get your car clean, by steam cleaning it top and bottom and under the bonnet. Making it easier to work on. We can also offer you a shampoo wash and polish, along with paintwork touch up, and valet
BTF offers a welding service on both chassis, and the more troublesome bodywork. Refinishing and paintwork work is not under taken.
